                         provocadas por altera{\c{c}}{\~o}es antr{\'o}picas, surge a 
                         necessidade de compreender a din{\^a}mica de uso das Bacias 
                         hidrogr{\'a}ficas dos rios Cuiab{\'a} e S{\~a}o 
                         Louren{\c{c}}o, devido a import{\^a}ncia que representam para a 
                         bacia do rio Paraguai, e especialmente para o bioma do Pantanal, 
                         j{\'a} que todas as atividades desenvolvidas nessas bacias 
                         ir{\~a}o impact{\'a}-lo diretamente. Devido a escala de 
                         an{\'a}lise e principalmente a diferen{\c{c}}a de relevo, as 
                         caracter{\'{\i}}sticas de uso e ocupa{\c{c}}{\~a}o n{\~a}o 
                         s{\~a}o homog{\^e}neas dentro de toda a bacia, por isso optou-se 
                         por subdividir a {\'a}rea de estudo em 3 microbacias 
                         (Cuiab{\'a}, S{\~a}o Louren{\c{c}}o e Pantanal). Mediante a 
                         t{\'e}cnicas de sensoriamento remoto buscou-se quantificar as 
                         {\'a}reas naturais e as {\'a}reas que tiveram 
                         altera{\c{c}}{\~o}es antr{\'o}picas. Os resultados se mostraram 
                         satisfat{\'o}rios, apontando uma tend{\^e}ncia em todas as 
                         an{\'a}lises de diminui{\c{c}}{\~a}o das {\'a}reas naturais e 
                         um aumento das {\'a}reas utilizadas para fins agropecu{\'a}rios. 
                         ABSTRACT: Facing the environmental impacts generated by changes in 
                         land use and occupation caused by anthropic alterations, the need 
                         to understand the dynamics of the land use of the Cuiab{\'a} and 
                         S{\~a}o Louren{\c{c}}o Rivers basins arises, due to the 
                         importance they represent for the Paraguay River basin and 
                         especially for the Pantanal biome, since all the activities 
                         developed in these basins will directly impact this biome. Because 
                         of the scale of analysis and mainly the relief difference, the 
                         characteristics of use and occupation are not homogeneous within 
                         the entire basin, so it was decided to subdivide the study area 
                         into 3 micro-basins (Cuiab{\'a}, S{\~a}o Louren{\c{c}}o and 
                         Pantanal). Using remote sensing techniques, the aim was to 
                         quantify the natural areas and areas that had anthropic 
                         alterations. The results were satisfactory, in all analyzes it 
                         indicate a trend of the decrease of natural areas and an increase 
                         of areas used for agricultural purposes.",
